Meet the provider - Jena Mitchell, APRN
Jena Mitchell is an APRN who holds her Doctorate in Nursing Practice and is passionate about helping others. Throughout her career she has served as an EMT, ER Nurse, and a Family Nurse Practitioner where she has been fortunate to treat patients throughout the lifespan. Jena has experience in primary care, addiction medicine, psychiatric conditions, weight loss support, to name a few and is thrilled to be able to combine these different experiences through Revolutionary Wellness and Weightloss. Jena prides herself on being approachable, meeting patients where they are, and helping them realize that they are worth it! Jena is so grateful for each and every patient she has gotten to work with so far and values each and every patient's unique story, strengths, and goals.
Jena is available to provide VIRTUAL care to patients in CONNECTICUT and offers select in person visits in Cheshire, CT . More treatment areas coming soon!
